Loved the apartment! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location couldn't have been better. We were close to all the amazing bars and restaurants in the city, and it was easy to walk everywhere. The 3 bedrooms were spacious and clean, giving our family enough room to enjoy our stay. We loved the fact that we had good WiFi, which was a huge plus for us as we had to work remotely.
A small plumbing issue we had in one of the bathrooms, but it wasn't a big deal and didn't affect our overall experience.

Loved the spacious 3-bedroom setup, surprising privacy of the upstairs bedroom, excellent location within walking distance of downtown Tulum, clean and comfortable apartment, flawless WiFi, well-equipped kitchen.

The hotel had a great location, close to bars, restaurants, and the gym. the apartment was clean and comfortable, with flawless WiFi. You could easily rent bikes to reach the nearby free beach areas. the third bedroom upstairs gave more privacy.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a fantastic experience! the rooms were spacious and clean, and we particularly liked how the third bedroom was separated from the others, giving us some much-needed privacy. the location was perfect, with easy access to several great bars and restaurants. the hotel's gym was only a short walk away, making it convenient for workouts.
